Rules and Procedures
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date your order was delivered for a gift card code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address.
All returned items must be in an unwashed and unworn state with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All clearance/sale items, gift cards, swim apparel, socks/hosiery, hats/beanies and Holiday collections are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unless it's an error on the boutique, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Please note the tracking number if applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
