Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, United States territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands & American Samoa), Military bases (AA, AE, AP) and Canada. Rates vary for international shipping.
How long does it take for inventory to ship?
All in-stock items are shipped within 1-4 business days. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO AN ADDITIONAL 5-7 DAYS FOR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
Due to Covid-19 you may notice a slight delay on delivery once received by the postal carrier. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your tracking number to update with USPS.
How much is shipping?
We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible for our customers! Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 no matter how many items you order! Additionally, all orders over $100 ship FREE! Prices vary for international orders.
Do you offer local pickup?
Curbside pick-up is offered for local orders, only. At this time, we do not conduct MEET-UP deliveries.
USPS tracking shows that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Ladybugs Children's Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any shipping delays that are USPS related, products that are lost or damaged in the mail and misdelivered packages are the responsibility of USPS. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your order shows delivered by USPS but you haven't received it, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package or file a claim.
What is a pre-order and when will I receive my pre-order item?
A pre-order is an item purchased before it has been manufactured or restocked with the understanding it will be shipped at a later date. All pre-orders are clearly marked on the website (product page, at check out, etc.) and on your order confirmation email. Please be sure to pay attention to the estimated delivery dates on all pre-order items before placing your order.
Each pre-order style or size may have a different delivery estimate. Please note that this time frame is not a guarantee but an estimate provided by our manufacturer. Although we do our best to give you the most accurate time frame, please note that all pre-order delivery estimates are subject to change.
We ship complete orders. If you purchase "In-Stock" items along with your pre-order items, those items will not ship until the pre-order arrives. All items in the order will ship together.

Some coupon codes are available for a limited period of time and others are only available for a one-time use. Any free shipping offer is for standard USPS shipping, only. Our system does not allow for stacking coupon codes, so pick the one you like best. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders.How do I find out about sales or special offers?
We occasionally offer sales or special discounts.
